Revit structural BIM
A structural model at LOD 300–400, coordinated before it hits the site
Revit modeling of the structural frame, rebar, and steel, plus clash coordination in Navisworks. The level of development is the one you specify, written down, not implied.
LOD 300 is a model the coordination meeting can trust for size, location, and system. LOD 400 is fabrication-level content where the detailing scope says so: rebar modeled to the placing drawing, or steel modeled to the shop model. We agree the LOD per category before modeling, because a column at 300 and a cage at 400 are different jobs.
Coordination
Clashes are run in Navisworks against the models you federate. You get a clash report with a view, a status, and a proposed move — not a raw dump of every intersection the software found. We do not produce 4D construction sequences.
Exchange
Native Revit when your team is in Revit. IFC when someone in the federation is not. OpenBIM exchange is a file, not a slogan: we send the IFC you can open, and we say which categories it contains.
Modeling is quoted hourly, with the LOD and the categories named in the quote. Rebar or steel documentation that comes out of the model can instead be quoted per sheet or per ton. See pricing models.
Next step
Send the architectural model and the structural drawings.
Tell us the LOD you need per category. We will quote the hours against that, not against a vague “full BIM” line.
